What this site does - This platform provides cloud based secure email delivery services through a variety of delivery mechanisms.
How we use your information - Allied Irish Banks p.l.c. and AIB Group (UK) p.l.c. ('AIB') is a data controller and Echoworx is a data processor providing the secure email delivery service on behalf of AIB. Echoworx only use your information to provide the secure delivery of emails sent via their platform and to monitor the operation and use of this service for AIB. Echoworx keep login details, passwords, and recovery questions, and other details that you enter upon registration to secure this platform and facilitate its operations. This information is removed from the Echoworx platform after approximately one year of inactivity by you as a user. Emails stored on this platform will expire and are automatically deleted after 60 days. Recipients can reply to messages through the service which will be sent back to AIB. It may change from time to time.
